Ingrid Owen spent the past 25 years in the fitness industry, which includes 18 years with 24 Hour Fitness where she served in a variety of roles, such as the Vice President of Fitness, Group Fitness, Learning and Development and Corporate Operations. She started her career as a group exercise instructor and a personal trainer, and in time progressively advanced, eventually taking the club management track, where she was elevated to senior management and executive leadership roles. Through the course of her tenure at 24 Hour Fitness, she developed key partnerships with top industry leaders such as Zumba, Les Mills, Parisi Speed School, IDEA and TRX. It was the alliance and integration of these partners that became the cornerstone of the group fitness programming.
